We are widly known as a rare restaurant to provide both Nagoya-style and Kanto-style cooking Unagi.
We located near the Nagoya station and a car parking for large bus.

In kanto style, Grill ell and steam at first. And grill it again on charcoal with seasoning. This steps give it a plump feel.

Nagoya-style
In Nagoya style, directly grill opened eel on charcoal which is heated around 1200℃, without steam. This style makes eel's meat firm and fatty with savory smell.

Kaiseki cuisine incldes not only eel, but also several Japanese dishes which our chefs cafully cooked.
We use seasonal ingredients, so we leave the dishes completely to you.
